I found two cute tops in different colors! After purchasing, however, the security guard approached me after the alarm for theft rang when I stepped out. i walked into my favorite store zara to return and go shopping and i think the manager her name is sarah, she had a nasty attitude and kept giving me attitude when i needed help as a loyal customer and that being my favorite zara i was extremely upset i never experienced that anywhere especially there, everybody is usually extremely nice but she was nasty and disrespectful.
Very disappointed with the customer service I received. I went in for a simple return, and the manager was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional throughout the entire interaction. Her tone and attitude were completely unnecessary, and she made me and my children feel uncomfortable and unwelcome in the store. So im leaving a 1 Star in the hopes of getting corporates attention. My wife and I visited this store about 29 minutes before closing at 8PM on a Sunday only to be told at the door by a young man who is their security that the store was closed. However the store was not closed and it stayed open until 8PM. They were doing this to keep new customers from coming in so that the staff can likely leave as early as possible.
