Refused entry at Zara CBD by a security guard simply for holding takeaway food. I wasn’t eating, just carrying it a box of sushi. This happened publicly at the entrance and was embarrassing. I’ve never experienced this at any Zara or retail store before. As a result, I couldn’t collect my online order during my lunch break. Zara should better train security guards to apply policies with common sense and respect, so customers especially female customers aren’t made to feel uncomfortable. Very very disappointing.

Horrible experience over this past weekend. I bought a perfume. It was the last piece they had. When I got home and opened the box, i found an empty bottle inside. Not saying the store did it, since retail theft is massive here. But i took it back to the store and they had a tester bottle left. I initially asked the store manager on duty that day if they could sell me the tester instead since it was the only piece they had. But the store manager straight up refused.
