Customer service is horrible in stores
Poor customer service and rude management. Purchased a shirt for my daughter that was defective. When I brought it back to the store within 1 week, the manager Alan said they wouldn’t take it back because it had been washed. I calmly explained to him that it was washed according to the instructions on the clothing label, and was already defective before my daughter got a chance to wear it.
