THE WORST ZARA STORE! The staff was extremely rude. They had a coat on floor and is the only one available. It had a EURO price on the tag with no AUS price. The staff refuse to acknowledge the price as per ACCC guidelines. Keeps telling me is human error and shipping from Europe to this store has fees and import fee etc. They keep asking me if I want to buy it at the Australia price that was not display to me and then remove the sticker in front of me and telling me over and over again are you going to buy it. Your staff member walked past and open-mouth coughed in my face with her spit flying out onto my skin. She didn’t care or maybe was too arrogant to notice a human being was standing there. Your online “customer support” is unreachable so I guess you care as much as the staff you hire for your stores. Zara clothes has always been one of my favorite. However, what's with the attitude of one of the staffs at the fitting room. I asked her about a piece of top i tried before and i wanted it to pay, and instead of being helpful and friendly, she was rude and said 'i don't know what you're talking about!', like many times! That's not how Customer Service work. Please Zara, educate your staff. Thank you
rude woman at the change rooms won't let you try on one pair of pants at 6:46pm when they close at 7pm anyway
