Im sorry to resort to this- had purchased a pant from your City store, was aware of the 30days return, and i arrange to go into City to exchange BUT store was closed due to Reno's. That's fine but I was limited to days so I could exchange- and asked for a week extension so I could go the following week to other store...no understanding-can't speak to store- itd frustrating when you can't reach a human-hence compassion
Horrible rude staff, especially at the till!! Very unfriendly, also didn’t like the workers walking around spraying cologne…. Won’t be back in hurry…
Terrible customer service. The staff were arrogant, and not friendly at all. Very disappointing experience.
Every time I shop here I leave with a smile on my face. Great clothes and new stock every time, also Stephen was wonderfull to deal with and super helpful.
