Very poor experience at ZARA today. We were shopping with three young girls and asked to switch from a small fitting room to a larger empty one, but were bluntly refused with the excuse that there was a line — even though there wasn’t. After trying on clothes, we had already put everything back neatly on the original hangers. The staff then told us to rehang all items onto their staff sorting rack, which should clearly be part of their job. I’ve never experienced this in any other store. Maybe the stupidest interaction I’ve ever had in my life. Go to buy sandals. When I purchase, the associate who helps with self checkout said these are actually last seasons you can’t buy them anymore. WHY ARE THEY ON DISPLAY IN THE STORE IF I CANT BUY THEM.
Not POC friendly, especially by the POC security guard that watched me and my husband shop. I like the store but won't be going back. I work too hard for my money to give it away to people who don't want me in their store.
