Very bad service they gonna let you wait for hours in line
The worst experience. I chose 3 shorts and was told the fitting room is closed, tried to use kid’s section fitting room and they said it’s for kids only and there is no way to try it. Bad customer service
Very poor experience at ZARA today. We were shopping with three young girls and asked to switch from a small fitting room to a larger empty one, but were bluntly refused with the excuse that there was a line — even though there wasn’t. After trying on clothes, we had already put everything back neatly on the original hangers. Maybe the stupidest interaction I’ve ever had in my life. Go to buy sandals. When I purchase, the associate who helps with self checkout said these are actually last seasons you can’t buy them anymore. WHY ARE THEY ON DISPLAY IN THE STORE IF I CANT BUY THEM.
