The worst shopping experience of my life! I bought several items, and when I got home, I realized I'd been charged for an item (around $270) that I never bought or even saw! I wish I can give 0 stars, this is unacceptable. So unprofessional. He shouldn’t be a manager. I guess his name is Juan, that’s what associates were calling him. He was very rude and disrespectful. First he was taking about a customer that was in line in front of me. Very rude. Worst experience ever.
