I was lost looking for a store that was relocated to the outside pavilion and stumbled across this store. Look, I know it is well known, but I am not a “casual shopper.” I also get easily lost in stores like this without a personal shopper to help me. The Brea Zara location is an embarrassment to the brand. Customer service here is beyond unacceptable — it’s insulting. The skinny girl with black hair at the Returns counter was flat-out rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. She rolled her eyes, talked down to me, and acted like I was wasting her time for simply following return policy. This isn’t “attitude,” it’s complete disrespect toward paying customers. Not a great experience, agent said they would ask manager if they could make an exception for my return that was just a week past the return date (holiday period), but manager would not allow it. I never wore the item, tags still on, but manager was not willing to make the exception. The fact that the agent said she would ask her manager clearly shows that it was possible, and the manager himself said that there was am extended return policy for the holidays, but their standard return is 30 days so it was not any different. ... read more
