Horrible service at this Zara location. The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. Today we purchased two Zara perfumes using self-checkout. As we were exiting the store, a staff member stopped us from behind and said our transaction was incomplete until the receipt was printed. We went back, and the receipt was already there — clearly showing the payment was completed. When we tried to leave again, the alarm system went off. Zara offers amazing, trendy clothing with a wide variety of styles, making it a very attractive store to shop in. It’s located on the first floor of Polo Park and is the only Zara store in Winnipeg. The store is large, modern, and well organized, with a good selection of products. The only downsides are that prices usually don’t have great deals compared to other stores, and there isn’t much customer service available on the floor.
