Zara hg as the worst customer service,, I won't be back
Terrible sales person. No greetings, directly say “card?” . I like the clothes but really need to approve the sales manner.
Costumer service is a joke! They delivered my order to the wrong address a delivery proof picture was provided and is clearly not the correct address. And no one wants to help, claiming they delivered the order and can’t not refund or replace the order. Be careful with online orders you will end up paying for someone else mistakes!! Update: your link below is as useless as costumer service.
