Extremely disappointed with the customer service at this location. I bought a pair of slippers, it started falling apart in less than a month. Despite Zara’s quality guarantee, the manager refused to help, claiming they had already been worn—which is precisely when a quality defect shows up! The manager told me to call customer service, I did and they confirmed that the store should have handled the replacement. Lack of empathy and zero problem-solving skills from the management.
