I had a very disappointing experience at this store. I have shopped at Zara many times in different stores and countries and have never had an issue before. Unfortunately, the staff I encountered at the Richmond store Super Rude and unprofessional. The night-shift cashier (white blonde-haired girl) and the male manager(with ear piercings) responded to my questions in a rude and dismissive manner while I was processing a return. Today I came in to Zara, and I literally had the best experience ever, a girl I think her name was Nyla,helped me to find an outfit for a party (also today). I was stressing because I didn’t have anything and I checked all the other stores. She found me a dress in my size and and the perfect boots. She literally was my savior. Normally I didn’t have that positive of an experience with Zara but that was just incredible. Thank you so much Nyla
