I had a very disappointing experience at Zara today. I spent around $350 in the children’s department, but unfortunately, the cashier, Navia, was extremely rude and unprofessional in both her words and behavior. Her attitude made me feel very uncomfortable and upset. Because of this experience, I decided not to continue shopping in the women’s and men’s departments and left the store very disappointed. I hope Zara takes customer service more seriously and addresses this kind of behavior.
Poor customer service on the app. I tried to initiate a return on the last day of the return window; however, my items were not showing up. I took a screenshot of this. I contacted customer support after that and Nicolas would not initiate a return for me. Noted that my last return date was the day before, even after I provided him a screenshot. I asked if he could escalate this matter to somebody who could help me but he refused and essentially stated he was leaving the chat as he cannot offer a solution for me.
