This is a great shop with a nice, neat setup and neat changerooms. Mirrors around the shop to see how you look however variety of clothes is low.
Horrible customer service! I purchased a beautiful long black coat yesterday Thursday 04 June at around 5:30pm and the cashier was absolutely rude, not even a smile hello. Looked at my partner up and down like we didn’t belong there. It really made me never come back there again.
The female manager with a Liverpool accent was so rude.
I went here for the first time last Thurs, super early ...the young lady in the change rooms was amazing. It got very busy quickly and I believe I heard this staff member in change rooms was new. Well she did amazing and especially under the pressure of a full change room by 10am lol :)
Bought 2 trousers under $70 each, charged $174 instead. Staff admitted they scanned a jumper by mistake that wasn’t even in stock. Made to wait 40 mins for a manager who showed up with no clue, asked dumb questions, no apology. Asked for a refund and was threatened with security for pointing out their error. Worst service I’ve had. Avoid Zara Karrinyup if you value your time and money. CHECK YOUR RECEIPT.
