On 21 December, I visited ZARA Karrinyup to make a purchase. The staff at the store said they could not help me place an online order, so I had to place the order myself afterward. However, the order was later cancelled. I received a cancellation email, but more than 14 days have passed and I have not received any refund at all. Literally the worst customer service ever. So rude and unprofessional including the manager or idk the guy as well.
Wish I could give zero stars, worst customs service ever.
Poor management 👎🏼 Love the brand but didn’t have a good experience yesterday on 8/1/2026 Found some items with $35 signage but they scanned it for $49 and they didn’t price match.
