Not satisfied with the customer service and feels like staff is least interested in their job
Today I went to buy one dress but this guy named Poppy helped me make a full outfit. Spend some money but updated my wardrobe lol. Great customer service.
On 21 December, I visited ZARA Karrinyup to make a purchase. The staff at the store said they could not help me place an online order, so I had to place the order myself afterward. However, the order was later cancelled. I received a cancellation email, but more than 14 days have passed and I have not received any refund at all. Literally the worst customer service ever. So rude and unprofessional including the manager or idk the guy as well.
