Came in to return a top that had a button missing on it. Explained to the staff that I wanted to exchange and not refund. The two girls behind the counter proceeded to discuss something in Spanish. The girl got me another top but she pointed out that it had a makeup Stain on collar. Told her I didn’t want that because it was damaged and she said that she would get another one but would take about 5 minutes to come to the floor. Ended up waiting more like 15 minutes. Bought pants from Zara Perth on 2 July and tried them on for the first time on 7 August. They have a styled fringe look, but the actual structural stitching unravelled one by one while I was getting ready. Before I could even leave the house, the seams completely came apart. Extremely poor quality for a brand new item. I love Zara a lot but this pant pulled me down.
Customer service on Saturday was shocking. Everyone was hiding in the change room area. No one on the counters The shop full of people. No one on the floor. I stood at counter to pay as I had cash. The new system is so crazy, went to try and do the check out myself but needed a smaller item they said it will show up on the rack it didn’t so I went to get it, and everything timed out so I gave up and went to the check out lady serviced me (she was nice) go out and it beeps, I stop because I can’t handle going home to buzzer, but who men come up to me and ask for the receipt which was sent to my phone eventually after trying to leave twice they said I needed to go to counter because the lady at the front hadn’t scanned o... read more
Terrible customer service at Zara Karrinyup! The asian lady at the fitting room raise her voice to me when I asked again the number of my room. She said "in there!" then walk away..I was flabbergasted. Also upon exiting Zara with my purchase, the guy at the entry/exit gave me an awkward look from head to toe as if I stole something from them, very disgusting behaviour from Zara employees.
