Is there a policy against helpless my customers find items, I asked a worker to help find a specific shoes in my size and he basically said for me to go look for it myself as it should be on the floor, obviously I did do that and the reason I’m asking is because I couldn’t find it, he isn’t doing me a favour by helping that’s what he is paid for unfortunately I couldn’t find the shoesz
Terrible service. They were so rude to me both at the check out and at the fitting rooms. Also had a sale item that was in the sale rack and had two stickers both 50% and 70% off yet wouldn’t honour the sale price.

I had a very disappointing experience at Zara Pacific Fair today. Unfortunately, the manager in the kids’ section was rude and unprofessional in the way they spoke to me. This was not the first time I have experienced this kind of behavior from the same person. Their attitude made me feel unwelcome and completely ruined my shopping experience. I believe customers should be treated with respect and courtesy. I hope Zara addresses this issue and improves the level of customer service in the futur
