I have no reason to leave a review, I haven't even been here. Just felt like it.
So disappointed, I love Zara however recently I purchased a gift voucher for my partner as a gift. When he went to use it declined. I was told the card number was different to the gift receipt. I showed them the invoice that the money had come out of my account, however they said “there’s nothing they can do about it”… so in other words they took my money, gave me the wrong card, and now it’s my fault and they can’t do anything. you can’t call them the phone number is scam just a computer tell you the hours of the store cheap service
Last few months this store has been really smelly like is there a sewer leak or something? I want to spend more time in the shop but have to leave because it stinks
