I was really disappointed to see the lack of willingness to work with me on a return of the exact same item just a different size that I bought in a different country. They refused to help me out, Stating that it’s their policy and they Can’t exchange for size. Seems like a very silly policy to not work with someone on this in order to maintain good customer service. Wise up zara
AWFUL COMPANY! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Horrible to deal with inside the west Edmonton mall store and horrible on phone. Would not return a jacket.
