I visited Zara Greenwich yesterday, and I left feeling uncomfortable because of the experience I had at the cashier. The male cashier who helped me did not greet me, smile, or make any basic friendly interaction during checkout. He seemed nervous or uncomfortable around me, and when I left, he also did not say “have a good day” or anything polite. The interaction felt cold and dismissive. The store is small but has a good selection, it’s organized and clean. However, the employees here desperately need customer service training, starting with the very unpleasant and unhappy male who works the register. He deliberately lied and made up his own store policy, which I verified with a quick search of Zara’s return/exchange policy.
i love here just wish they had a mens department.
Zara is a must stop for me. Cant say that each and every time I find something, but still, when I do find, it is so worth it. And the prices - Right.
