Very disappointed. I was charged for an item but did not receive it, and this is now the second time it has happened. I paid in full, but the product was missing from my bag. I request the store to review the security cameras, refund or provide the missing item, and take action to prevent this from happening again. Customers should be careful to check their items before leaving the store.
Although I do have some issues with Zara, I have to still give this store 5 stars. It's not the store, it's the people. To start off, this Zara is way more organized that others...not total mayhem which is most of them. Tysons: insanely messy. Bethesda- NOPE. There are some great stores and this is one of the better organized ones (and maybe even better merchandise- or hard to find merchandise- in my case).
