Staff was unprofessional, My gf just bought the shirt yesterday, she try it on in her place, and dont like it. We come to return another day. The staff not giving a refund saying that there is perfume on it that too strong, which in fact is not Try again with another staff, she about to proceed. But once I ask questions about the perfume the same staff and manager coming to back up about the same excuse Literally never, experience something like this. How your store treat the customer ,and train your staff is so bad Zara
Very rude experience during a return. The cashier was impatient, spoke in a dismissive tone, and crumpled the receipt when handing it to me. Customer service should treat people with basic respect.
