The first time I wore the pants,the front broke quickly ， and so I couldn't find the receipt, This material seems doesn't support hand sewing. That's really disappointing.
The general manager was extremely rude and ill-mannered. He made me feel very inferior and uncomfortable during the interaction. Even the other staff members mentioned that this is how he usually behaves, and none of them seemed happy working under him. The overall environment felt unprofessional and unwelcoming because of his attitude.
Well, let me contribute to the feedback then. I was in a hurry buying a last-minute outfit before my flight. Normally I shop at Aritzia, but this time I decided to stop by this Zara location instead. I had a very disappointing experience at Zara today. The "Jeet/Preet" cashier didn’t greet me once, didn’t smile at me, and gave me nothing but cold looks the entire transaction — even though I was the one paying for everything I bought. What made it worse was how differently she acted toward my significant other. Suddenly she became all smiles, extra friendly, and even gave him an overly sweet “thank you” at the end. Incredibly rude customer service at this location. The manager on duty (asian man with glasses who drags his feet when walking) was not helpful and does not know how to answer basic questions. Incorrect pricing for items that is not honored even when a mistakes are made on their end. Further their online customer service is of zero help. So reaching out below resulted in nothing.
