Two gentleman in the dressing room this evening helped. One guy's name was Louis. He gave me great fashion advice ,and was very knowledgeable and professional. Great store.
Tried to exchange a defective jacket that was purchased for Christmas but the manager named Kevin from Roosevelt Field was so unprofessional and beyond rude! Just because it was a little over a month, he would not exchange it for me. My daughter hadn’t worn the jacket yet because it’s leather & it’s been too cold to wear. This shop has a lot of good items. The only issue is that the basement has a musty, water-damaged odor that causes me to have a bad allergy after the visit to the store. The store manager should oversee more of the cleaning of the fitting room, there’s a lot of dust in every single fitting room. The unpleasant musty odor in the basement is very unhealthy. I’m not quite sure what the security guards think they are there for. Maybe they have forgotten their role.their job is to protect the store from shop lifters . They are not there to bully people that’s for sure . Today all the security guards standing in a circle hanging out making American money were very off . Received incorrect items from online order. Called customer service- chatted with representatives, sent them screenshots as instructed, never received shipping label to return incorrect items as i was told would be sent within the hour. Tried going to this store for help: big mistake . Francis the manager from Men’s dept was not only unhelpful but sarcastic and rude.
