Very disappointing experience at the Zara Bayshore store, especially with the person who identified himself as the manager. During our visit, he assisted us with placing an order through the Zara app, but the wrong item was ordered. When we brought the issue to his attention, there was no apology or acknowledgment of the mistake. I later went back to the store because I wanted to address the customer service experience directly. Single handedly the worst customer service experience, there were a rack of jackets priced at $45.99- multiples not like there was just one and the rep just kept repeating to me it’s not $45.99 — then why is it on this rack? It felt like talking to a damn wall. This is why brick and mortar is dying it’s infuriating to even deal with unhelpful associates. So complacent and couldn’t care less— genuinely shocked I then advised her she should probably remove them from the rack and with a blank stare she said….okay?

Really bad experience with this store. One of the Manager, Emad really has attitude problem. Doesn't know how to talk. Zara please remove this guy from the site.
