The staff was profiling me even though I was only there to return an order I placed online. I would recommend going to the Zara at American dream or willowbrook mall before going here.
I visited this store in California and customer service was wonderful, and they had a beautiful clearance rack .We got great discounts. I asked the representative in this store at the Garnden statw mall in New Jersey if they had a clearing section and she gave me the most nastiest look. And was so rude to me. I felt really ashamed that I asked for help like that. Not good customer service, not a nice place to shop. I left feeling terrible.
Elmira the manager was not nice she had an attitude to me, disappointed
Not the best experience. Girl with long reddish black hair in French braid on the top of her hair basically shoved me out of her way three times. Was really rude and odd.
