Love Zara, but every time I come here there’s a surprise price—either the scanned price doesn’t match the tag, or items seemingly in the sales section actually aren’t (surely I can’t be the only person that looks at the sign, sees all the items in a very sectioned off corner, and assumes the whole corner is the sale section)
The most unhelpful staff in the women’s department, it’s like they despise customers. They never offer to help, the women’s fitting room is usually closed because they say they are understaffed, or just don’t let people into the fitting room an hour before closing?! Clothes strewn everywhere, dirty. When I managed to find a staff member and asked a question if they have a different size, I got a blank stare like «are you an idiot» and she told me if it’s not on the shelf they don’t have it. I had a great experience at Zara in Albany Ny thanks to two very kind employees. They helped me get a jacket that was very hard to find — I couldn’t even find it online. I really appreciated both of them for their kindness and effort. Amazing customer service! They made my day 🎉😍 Thanks (Laura & Pat) I really appreciated them!❤️❤️
I'll never understand the rudeness in stores. I walked in with my baby. No one said anything to me. And I stood for a lil bit before she came to help. She walked to a completely different register than me, said nothing and just logged in. I told her I was picking up and gave her my id to scan. She scanned it, got my box, walked away. Lol. Didn't offer to open it for me with scissors. Or even throw the box away. Didn't offer me a bag. Just rude and a very offputting experience
