Cancer-causing, endocrine-disrupting unregulated artificial fragrance is PUMPING throughout the children’s, women’s and men’s sections of the store. It seems the poor employees don’t know any better except for one who was already aware of how toxic it was and told me she was looking for another job. This is scent without consent and it’s harming people. There’s lots of information out there if you want to learn more about this and other toxins. For starters, you can check out the plastic detox on Netflix.

Love Zara, but every time I come here there’s a surprise price—either the scanned price doesn’t match the tag, or items seemingly in the sales section actually aren’t (surely I can’t be the only person that looks at the sign, sees all the items in a very sectioned off corner, and assumes the whole corner is the sale section)

The most unhelpful staff in the women’s department, it’s like they despise customers. They never offer to help, the women’s fitting room is usually closed because they say they are understaffed, or just don’t let people into the fitting room an hour before closing?! Clothes strewn everywhere, dirty. When I managed to find a staff member and asked a question if they have a different size, I got a blank stare like «are you an idiot» and she told me if it’s not on the shelf they don’t have it.
