Staff is useless. Literally went there at 6pm on a Friday night, which means they close at 7pm and the women's fitting room was already closed. Went to the kids area and was empty, and asked gently if i could use that fitting room, the answer was no. In my point of view, sales assistants are there also to help costumers have their best experience, and definitely I didn't get that. Thank you.

I would give Zara Bondi Junction less than a star if possible. Very unpleasant experience yesterday. In the women’s department and women’s changing rooms area, there were male staff members working, while the only female staff were at the counter. For a space specifically designated for women trying on clothes and changing, this felt uncomfortable and inappropriate. Women deserve privacy and a sense of safety in changing room areas. Would not allow me to return a top I had purchased less than a week prior. Upon originally purchasing ny item my checkout girl asked for my number to place on my account. I assumed this would come up when she was looking to find the return later but for some reason, it was not under there maybe due to the girl at check out getting my number wrong. Customer service here is atrocious. I wouldn’t bother with Zara higher prices for Shien quality with a terrible service. 👎🏻
