Would rate zero stars if I could. I’ve never encountered such rude employees while shopping. Don’t bother asking for your size on a mannequin bc they will just say “no” and refuse. I eventually asked for the manager who claimed they couldn’t sell mannequin items. It was the only small in the store but I’ve never had a Zara (or any store) refuse to sell an item on a mannequin that has the price tag and all on it. Your customer service is horrible. To think you allow your employees to grab people. I wish they would have put hands on me this would have ended completely different. Not to mention the cop said y’all employees do this all the time. DISGUSTING!!
I plan on visiting this store for the first time but After watching a video of a customer being falsely accused of shoplifting the employees chasing her through the mall and reading reviews about the employees bad attitude I refuse to shop somewhere where there is so many bad reviews . Whoever owns this chain of stores need to do a overhaul because is making your business look very bad

I’ve left multiple times with nothing when I had walked in with intentions to buy things. Not because I didn’t find something I like, but because I really don’t like being treated like I’m about to steal in their store. So I just go over to mango. At least their employees ignore your existence instead of breathing down your neck and borderline invading your privacy in the dressing room.
