I visited Zara on Galleria Boulevard today, Saturday 23rd and had one of the most unpleasant checkout experiences I’ve ever had. At checkout, the cashier asked for my number, I simply declined. Both cashier said “we need your number for sale of the items you have”. lol. He’ll no. Keep your items, you don’t need my number on your system. No sale today.
I have been to different Zara stores in the US and even internationally, but this place is by far the worst. Only old outdated, ugly, selections.
I usually don't shop in stores like this but online I got me a few pieces I'm very pleased great quality I know they will last me a long time.
I came in to Zara today & my favorite cashier Judith was on the register. I wanted to say that Judith is always so helpful, so fun, she's so friendly & its always an extraordinary customer service experience when she's working! Thank you Judith for always ensuring that I have a great customer experience.
