Zara will not see another coin from me. Cashier couldn’t be bothered with doing her job, socializing and waved us off when it was brought to her attention.
Terrible customer service and return policy. How can you have a 30 day return policy on day of purchase but didn’t receive the item until 14 days later. Then only have half the time to return it. Policy needs to change to day of when you have the item received

After seeing previous reviews I had a similar experience. I purchased two items, and was charged full price although one item had a clearance. I went back to make a return, but was not given a receipt. This seemed odd to me, so I came back 10 minutes after and told them if I could get a receipt.
