I visited the Zara location in Cherry Creek mall on 6 JUN and purchased some jewelry which I thought were two hoops for each ring. However, when I got home and took they out of the package, I realized they were connected together. I repackaged it nicely and returned it the next day to get a refund and was told by the manager that the store couldn't issue returns for previously opened packages, but if I called customer service, they could issue an authorization for the refund. Time and time again a bad experience, store has no ambience, whilst I so like Zara, the collection here is always less than mediocre, the service usually just bad. With stores like this default becomes shopping online… I use it just to bring back stuff and get out asap. In general the entire mall is soulless, bad acoustics, bad light, and kinda generally kinda depressing ambiance.

DONT even think about making a return if you don’t want to be treated like a second-class customer. I picked up my online order, tried the items on in-store, and returned the ones that didn’t fit. While standing in the return line, I watched the employee repeatedly assist multiple customers who arrived after me It felt as though I was being intentionally ignored simply because I was making a return rather than a purchase.
