Consistently the worst customer service and worst shopping experience of any Zara I’ve ever been to, ever. The entire store always smells like raw sewage as well.

At Zara, one of the most organized and complete departments is definitely Kids. Everything is impeccable and tasteful. Excellent customer service! Highly recommended.
