The slowest worst customer service ever. Also the store is a mess I hate even going inside of it. Clothes everywhere, everything’s so unorganized. Awful. I came here 3 weeks ago and was ignored in the checkout line because apparently returns are more important - I came back today to return items and there’s 3 checkout clerks who are LITERALLY IGNORING THE CHECKOUT LINE. This is absurd. Actually will never return. I stood in the return line for 35-40 minutes.
If you've ever been into another Zara, you know that the one here in Denver is horrific. Not only is it an absolute MESS, but the staff is incredibly unfriendly and unwilling to help in any way. Furthermore, you stand in line while one person helps and the others are chatting or doing something else far less important. TAKE CARE OF YOUR CUSTOMERS! Perhaps the employees in Denver should take a hard look at the stores in New York and other markets to see how it's done.
I used to buy a lot at Zara, every collection I would buy something but last year I bought some shoes online that when I got them, they looked very cheap so I sent it back for a refund. Few months went by when I realized I didn't get the refund so I called and a woman said it didn't arrive at Zara. Luckily I had the receipt with the tracking number and online showed that it was delivered to Zara. The Google opening hours for this store need to be updated to say they close at 7:40, not 8:00. I drove across town just to make a return, not to shop, and they wouldn't let me in even with 20 minutes left. The security guard at the door told me they have instructions from the manager not to let anyone in after 7:40, even to make returns. Fine, but update your closing hours on Google Maps so people know they won't be allowed in!
Their staff were extremely rude. I would give lower stars if I had a chance but they don’t even deserve 1 star.
