One of the worst retail experiences I’ve ever had. I visited Zara at Yorkdale and was genuinely shocked by how poorly I was treated. The staff were extremely rushed, careless, and unprofessional—they even forgot to remove the security tag from my purchase. When I returned to resolve their mistake, instead of apologizing, they treated me with suspicion, as if I had done something wrong. The worst experience in my life. Stupid policy that mom couldn’t go with a kid in fitting room. Guys seriously minors under 18 should go alone. I didn’t expect this wild policy from Zara.
