Horrible service. The employees act like the customers owe them something or they own the store lol😂😂 you look very funny guys just letting you know.
Staff is rude
Love ZARA brand but, During sales time you have only one cashier working. Kids and men cashiers are closed. Many managers are talking to each other while there is queue of 15 people waiting for being processed. I have been 2nd in line and spent 20 min!!! Nobody cares about customers and products on the shelves.
