It was really really messy
I usually really like shopping from zara and my experience at other stores has always been the best but somehow I always have a bad experience at this particular location of zara. Today they made me pay twice for a shirt. The security stopped me and I showed that the payment went through but despite that they took me to the manager while acting so rude as if I had robbed the whole store over a $14.90 shirt. I explained that I had used self checkout (which never prints the receipt) and showed her that the payment went through. She told me “no” and made me pay for it again.
