My daughter loves shopping here. They have the styles she likes and prices are reasonable. The service is always attentive.
I wrote my review 4 years ago. Now I come often to shop and Zara needs to improve with the long lines. For return section, I suggest to have extra staffs to help with putting clothes away while cashiers can focus on returning progresses. The return line needs a lot of improvements. Now recently January 15, 2026 Zara was closed and it was saying that they are reopening in the Spring. I hope it’s a lot more improvements with their expanding space that Gap used to be. I would love to give a zero star if I have option for. Order online and received the message that package arrived n ready to pick up. The store closed for renovation. I called to customer service and he kept saying 'we will refund you ok? Ok? ' lol so rude n ridiculous situation. Not even ask any other option I asked him but you already packed the things is there anyway I can receive and he said everything is out of stock now.
