I had a good experience shopping here, but I noticed something concerning. The employee working the returns area was doing the job of multiple people at once. She was serving customers on two registers while also being expected to organize returns and restock hangers. It was disappointing to see her being pressured instead of supported. Good employees deserve teamwork and respect. I hope management improves staffing and leadership because the employee was clearly doing her best.
Thank you to associate TAYLOR for her endless assistance with my difficult return. She went above and beyond to ensure I received a full refund for my returns. Store Manager Nick was notified of the excellent service she provided. I will like her to be rewarded and recognized for her patience and diligence; she could of gave up and said call customer service. AWESOME JOB TODAY!!!

Staff and customer service are AWFUL. Worst i've experienced. This happened 23rd June at around 2-3pm. I didn't get the employees' names, so I'll describe them. A blonde associate with light-colored eyes was rude and dismissive to both myself and another customer. I watched her act annoyed when a customer asked where the returns section was, and when I asked where the fitting rooms were, she coldly replied, "Straight then left," without any effort to help. Did not like the renovated store. Too chaotic, too bright, too loud. Kids' section is the worst-there are no signs what age is where. The only thing I did like- order pick up is automated, and you do it yourself.
