I went to this Zara store to pick up an online order from the second floor. I waited in line for 25 minutes, and during that time, one of the Spanish-speaking female staff members skipped me twice — first to assist someone who spoke Spanish with her, and then again to help a Black woman behind me in line. Thankfully, that woman politely told her I was there first, otherwise I would have been ignored again. This level of service is unacceptable. I will not be returning.
