Around 7:45pm tonight, after spending hundreds of dollars in the store with my friend, we were stopped by security as we were leaving. I had such a great experience at Zara Newbury, and a big reason was the Asian manager. She was calm, professional, and genuinely cared about helping me find what I needed. She gave thoughtful suggestions, helped me with sizing, and made the whole visit feel easy instead of stressful. You can tell she runs the floor with confidence and kindness. I’ll definitely be coming back—service like that is rare.
I’m a big fan of Zara, but this location has consistently been the worst experience I’ve had anywhere. It’s not about the collection or the queues , I’m totally fine waiting. The problem is the way the staff, especially the female staff, treat customers. Every time I visit, I walk out disappointed. Because of this, I honestly prefer shopping online instead of coming to this store. Really hoping management pays attention, because the service here does not reflect the brand at all.
