Around 7:45pm tonight, after spending hundreds of dollars in the store with my friend, we were stopped by security as we were leaving. Zara, honestly what happened to your designs this year and last year? Did the fabric budget get cut in half? Or is this a new trend called “winter crop tops for men”? I bought multiple sweaters, different styles, different collections ,same exact problem. Every single one stops right at the stomach. I’m not overweight. I’m average build. I had such a great experience at Zara Newbury, and a big reason was the Asian manager. She was calm, professional, and genuinely cared about helping me find what I needed. She gave thoughtful suggestions, helped me with sizing, and made the whole visit feel easy instead of stressful. You can tell she runs the floor with confidence and kindness. I’ll definitely be coming back—service like that is rare.
