Hisako is absolutely wonderful! Her warm and friendly personality and her expertise made for a lovely experience. She is incredibly knowledgeable and meticulous. Her massage was very therapeutic for my niece's sore feet. I highly recommend Mikado for anyone looking for incredible service!
Alex is an amazing stylist -and human! Cut, colour, styles -5 stars all the way!
Horrible attitudes not a place you want to go to relax
Booked online a spa package with an open time slot. Spa package was a little pricier ($360) but I originally was okay with it due to it being specific services I wanted in one. Then I was notified by email in LESS than 24 hours notice that my appointment was cancelled due to a scheduling conflict...not a phone call...which they had my number on file..an email which is a joke. Was not given future times of the next time I could book in the email either. Had to call 6 different times to get ahold of someone to try and rebooked... read more
