Would give 0 stars if possible. Unhelpful and rude staff as soon as I entered. Do your taxes with someone more professional who won't give you attitude. Talked on the phone to drop off taxes and the lady at the front desk with cheap blonde highlights immediately gave me attitude and wanted to throw me out for dropping off taxes. According to the reply, it makes it seem I was hostile. I was never hostile towards the employees. She was hostile towards me, belittling and acting as if I were an idiot for "not being able to read"... read more
