Was trying to redeem my Groupon for a massage at this establishment during my planned time off but with all my efforts had the hardest time getting a response. Because it’s a Groupon I have specific instructions to call to set up the appointment… I called several times over several days (the days and hours yall are marked as open) and left voicemails with my number for a text or call back, no response again. Terrible customer service, ordered 30min spa on 12/15 for my woman's birthday and she never received her service. For context: when she got there, the meussaue left the property to go do something else, idk what the meussaue left to do, but the owner Zamariya told my woman that her massage therapist left. My woman expected accomidation just like anyone else for another available date. Hands down the best massage that I've ever received. Zamariya's literally makes you feel welcomed as you enter the Spa. My wife and I enjoyed a 90min massage tailored to our specific needs; and let me say that the needs were met. We are in the process of planning our next visit. Thanks from the both of us. This place, and Ms. Anita give such a relaxing, calming, transformative vibe. We don't always slow down from our thoughts, patterns, and even our way of life and Zamariya Spa of Africa is the place to do so....Ms. Anita is grounded enough to see to it that we do. The entire week after my Serengeti massage and meditation I slept even more sound and peaceful. My shoulders were not as close to my ears, and I was able to be more present at Acupuncture of Mallard Creek.

Today was my second appointment with Anita. There are years of tension to work out due to a medical condition. I feel progressively better with each appointment. Anita listens to my needs. She focuses on the areas where my pain is most intense while providing full body support. She demonstrates flexibility and genuine care, even giving me extra time to relieve more of my pain.
