I choose a 10 because my entire experience from beginning to end was exceptional. From the warm and welcoming greeting I received when I walked in the door, to the relaxing atmosphere to Zalla who is the best. Zalla worked on my shoulder which i was having an issue with from lifting weights. Her technique and knowledge are outstanding. Zalla makes you relax just by her being i the room.
Customer service was 10 out of 10 everybody was so welcoming and inviting. The ambience was very well set. I was relaxed by the minute. I walked into the doors. The aroma was amazing. I had a sense of peace, just sitting and waiting. My massage therapist was very sweet great conversation in the beginning great listener and focused on exactly what I needed it.
If you're looking for a great massage in a low key environment outside of a spa (and without the typical associated price inflation that comes with it) Zalla fits the bill! They have a variety of therapists offering a full range of massage techniques in a clean, safe and generally well run environment. Unfortunately my favorite deep tissue and trigger point therapist of many years, Anna has left and is now at Blossom Massage, but I will still book at Zalla for other styles and based on openings/ availability!

Absolutely phenomenal experience. Zalla Massage is clean, peaceful, and truly restorative. I booked a 60 minute Swedish massage with Dana and it was outstanding. Dana was kind, attentive, and incredibly skilled. Her technique melted away all tension and left me feeling relaxed and refreshed. Easily one of the best massages I’ve ever had. Ask for Dana.
