This store has an amazing selection of suit rentals, and the service was outstanding! You can tell the employee (maybe owner, not sure) truly loves what he does and genuinely cares about helping people find exactly what they need!!
I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Zak’s in Fort Wayne deserves attention. I purchased an item that was completely unused and still in its original packaging, only to be told I couldn’t return it because their policy only allows returns within 2 days. Two days? We came in stressed after the previous suit store went out of business without ever giving us the suit we paid for and with our wedding only a couple weeks away, we were in panic mode.
