He has been my father’s attorney for over year and within that time span he’s only been in contact maybe twice or three times. He’s unreachable, he ignores emails and multiple attempt to contact and he’s left my father in the dark with no assistance at all. My father has been sending him emails now that he’s in a Halfway House and Etan still has yet to reach out or respond to emails. Very unprofessional and will be filing a formal complaint as this is clear neglect and discrimination
I cannot praise Etan enough! I was intertwined in a federal case that was very messy. The prosecutor and defendant's lawyer were impossible for me to reach. However, Etan always called me back when he said- even if he had no news- he still let me know what he was working on. It was a long time ago before he had an office, he was a federal defender and I had a bad criminal history and new I was going to jail because I always went to jail, but not this time because he believed In me and that has helped keep me out of trouble. He was a student attorney then now he has his own office. If you need a good attorney Etan is the guy.
