As an employer supporting an employee through an immigration matter, my employee interacted with this firm on multiple occasions. Communication was consistently difficult. My friend retained this firm for a PGWP restoration, visitor record restoration, a TRP application, and a Federal Court judicial review. The PGWP restoration was refused. A visitor record restoration was also filed even though my friend was not eligible to restore visitor status, which resulted in a refusal that appeared foreseeable.
