Driver was fine. Accidentally left my phone in the car. Called dispatch. Dispatcher was angry, rude and insisted I pay in cash not credit card. Ultimately when the driver returned I paid on card. Dispatcher told driver not to release my phone until cash received. This outfit is not legitimate. When waiting in the limo line take a pass on Zahavy.
In short money grab. If Zahavy Limousine is the only option to get to the airport, I would skip it and rather get there walking. The app showed an upper range of $76CAD to my address from the airport, when I got home the charge was 91 before tips. (for the sake of comparison uber charge could have been less than 50cad) lesson learned but never again. Avoid avoid avoid. Roger B
Misleading but one needs to be careful! I took Aeroport Taxi from home to Pearson and paid $73 including $10 tip. Same drive from Pearson to home was $100 incl. $9 tip. Driver mislead me into thinking I was same as outbound. This since Zahavy (which I took) was once owned by Airview/Aaroport - which is close to the name of the business that I took outbound.
