Jennifer is rude. There’s no reason to get an attitude with a paying client when you fail at basic communication. It’s literally your job to inform customers when you’re going to send a form of completed service. Find another job if you have an issue communicating with PAYING CUSTOMERS. Vague responses to when service will be completed is completely out of line! TO POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS: Let the sheriffs serve for you and avoid dealing with a woman who clearly hates answering valid questions.
