As a senior citizen, I would recommend Zach's Bike's for it's excellent customer service response and highly trained staff of Biking Technicians. The shop features a modern design, extremely clean, showcased environment. After putting 934 miles on my E-Bike over the period of 2 years riding through Klamath Falls, I noticed my rear disc brake starting to fail. After adjusting them several times myself over the weeks. Great selection and very knowledgeable staff- Kevin was the best salesman- very knowledgeable- made sure I got the right bike for my needs, set me up with everything I needed and made it such a great experience- second bike purchased here and I’ll keep my business with Zach’s !
Zach’s bikes does a thorough job of checking your bike and making sure that it is working efficiently. When I had a small issue pop up they were thorough and had great customer service.
