I rented a property owned by Zachary. He and the property management company are trying to get over $800 out of me for damages that were present at move in, items that were not present at move in, and services that could not have happened. He is a terrible, greedy landlord, so I can't imagine he'd be a good lawyer at all. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for any and all services you could get from Zachary. He will just take your money. Do not use Zach Rennick for any law or rental services (Oakview Meadows). He owes me over $1,000 that I won’t get back unless I go to court over it. He is a SCAM!
Zach is a great attorney.
Tells me that he’ll appear in court for me and then I don’t hear back from him for almost 6 months and wants another payment and didn’t even tell me I had to go to court until like an hour before I had to be there and I ask him to send me information for the court appearance and refuses. Unreliable and unprofessional. I don’t know how anybody could work with this guy. Worst lawyer I’ve ever had and I don’t recommend him to anyone.
Didn't file for me or even show up for the court date after being paid and discussing what I would do going forward. Another random attorney at the court room took pity on me and helped me. Would love to transfer the money I paid this lawyer to that attorney.
