Zach was able to assess what has been going on with my issue and quickly suggested a resolution which was the solution to a 4 year problem. Response to owners response.. Sir, I can assure you, that she NEVER asked me the level of urgency, she asked me for a description. Once I began, she engaged, so I kept going until she cut me off. Then, she proceeded to say "gosh, I thought someone died...so this isnt URGENT, urgent" then came the laughter. Yes. Laughter.
