The worst unprofessional and rude lawyer I’ve ever dealt with. I had a bad accident in 2019 which wasn’t my fault and went to ER . We got a settlement from that guys insurance for 30K I got 10K and Zach Herbert got 10K and told me with the rest of the money my medical bills would be paid from that settlement from the guys insurance. I signed a paper where it says that my ER visit paid by insurance.
