They never showed for the interview. TWICE.
What an absolute nightmare! I purchased a foreclosure in Guilford county. Nothing was thoroughly researched by attorneys. There was all sorts of fun things attached to the property that wasn’t in the notice of sale. A deed of trust, 2 forged deeds, all of which I had to research and take care of myself. I’ve purchased other foreclosures in different counties, not represented by this firm and it was a breeze when it came to selling the property.
