My partner and I went for tax return counselling, but the behaviour of the person at the main office was extremely rude and unprofessional. When we decided not to proceed with their service, he demanded $200, claiming it was for his time. He said, “Either do the tax return here or pay $200.” He was angry, shouting, and behaving aggressively. In the end, we were forced to pay $365 and leave.
