Very professional and reliable service. I was guided through the entire ITIN process and everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. I was also assisted with a tax refund (Form 1040-NR), which made the whole process much easier. I felt very well supported throughout, even after submitting the documents, as everything was followed up to ensure it was completed properly. I would definitely recommend their services!

I filled out the form on their website ten days prior to the tax deadline. Mr. Bashir contacted me the next day, although it was Sunday and we had a good, polite conversation. He said, "I will create a folder for you and put your current and previous tax files and returns, and I will review them tomorrow." He also said that it is a busy time of the year, and in the worst case, if we can't file on time, we can request extensions.
