Z stations are disappearing around Nelson but this one is ok, forecourt is a bit cramped but the staff are friendly.
Sadly the service has declined majorly each time it seems to get worse and worse 85% of the staff are rude and unhelpful, extremely disappointing because a year ago they had amazing staff and service If I could I would give no stars at all
Z Rutherford, you really need to employ friendly people. I visited Z at 1705hrs Monday 30 June 2025. I said hello to the little guy who was serving, there was no hello, no interaction at all, he just passed the petrol receipt. I’m not keen to use Z again. Some “Kiwi Host” training should be compulsory for your staff. It’s about manners.
Incredibly bad experience ordering two simple coffees a couple of weeks ago, took over 30 minutes even though there was only one person in the store. He had to remake them 3 times cause he got the order room, please hire competent people.
