I ordered a coffee via the app from the Z station remutaka hill. I was waiting for my coffee and the lady making my drink said “I hate whoever ordered this drink” “its just sugar” “I hate whoever ordered this” I then went and said don’t make my coffee then and that I could hear her. She had no response and one of the other staff members bought me my coffee and blamed it on them being busy. This was absolutely horrible to experience and really ruined my day. She also said this so that everyone in the shop could hear it.

When ever I come to drink coffee a white old man was so rude and say no coffee because cleaning machine It happend so many time, today I asked what time you usually clean coffee machine but he said in a rude manner "when ever I like to " 🤨 not fair and bad customer service
