Nicole was unbelievable! Exceptional customer service. Store was super clean and organized.
I didn't receive an item in my order. The delivery service admitted they were unable to get to my apartment so he signed and just left it in the office where they do not accept packages. The person I spoke to at z gallery refused to help me since they had a signed receipt. I will NEVER shop at Z gallery again. The girl I spoke to was very unprofessional............. My wife and I had a very special occasion that we needed the perfect gift for our 30 year old daughter. We had absolutely zero idea what to do. That is where Yasmine, Karla, Dixie helped us on several very unique and fun ideas that we just loved. We not only made those purchases, but they also helped us with great couch recommendation that we will be back for! Can't believe the awesome customer service here and looking forward to future purchases.
I ordered a bed and two dressers they said it would be here in three weeks over 4 1/2 months later they call to cancel our order for no reason given. My daughter now doesn’t have a bed or dresser and now we have to find and wait for another bed and dresser!! Always loved your store very disappointed about this!
